HR Advisor

DP World is seeking an experienced HR Adviser to join our team on a 14-month fixed-term contract. As an HR Adviser, you will play a crucial role in managing employee relations matters and supporting the full employee lifecycle.

1. Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, short- and long-term sickness absence, and individuals on medical restrictions.
2. Liaise with stakeholders within the business, including management, occupational health, and the union.
3. Deal with and respond to HR queries in a proactive and efficient manner.
4. Recruit, select, and coordinate talent acquisition initiatives.
5. Utilize HRIS (Oracle) to access, input, compile, and review data.
6. Monitor, review, and update HR policies to ensure alignment with current legislation and best practice.
7. Coach and support managers and other HR team members.
8. Support local, regional, and global HR projects and initiatives.
9. Identify and address training and development needs of the client base.

1. CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
2. Professional yet approachable demeanor.
3. System-savvy with experience working with HRIS.

6. Able to advise and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
