About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our Workforce Directorate on a permanent basis. As an HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic workforce advice to Corporate Support Services and Estates and Facilities, contributing to the achievement of Service and Trust objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic workforce advice to senior managers and directors
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address workforce issues
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior managers and directors
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related matters
Requirements
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (level 7)
  • CIPD Registration
  • Experience of dealing with complex HR operational and strategic issues
  • Experience of providing strategic HR advice on complex ER cases
  • Ability to analyze complex employment situations and provide recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
