Job Title: Apprenticeships Partnership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Apprenticeships Partnership Manager to join our team at Forsyth Barnes. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving the growth of our apprenticeships program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective partnership strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other key partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders and RFPs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver high-quality apprenticeships programs
  • Monitor and analyze program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the apprenticeships market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
