Director of Electronic Gaming

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our electronic gaming strategy and operations. As the Director of Electronic Gaming, you will be responsible for implementing our electronic strategic roadmap, including the new Gambling Act, and driving the development and improvement of our slot machine and e-table offerings.

You will work closely with the Commercial Director and operations teams to track, document, and report on electronic gaming objectives. Your strategic leadership will involve creating detailed documentation, tracking progress, and building business cases for project sign-off. You will also partner with our marketing team to craft promotional plans that highlight our electronic gaming products and ensure optimal product performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a large estate of slots and e-tables with a high level of technical understanding of the product and customer
  • Understanding compliance and regulatory requirements of gaming products
  • Project management skills with a history of successful delivery
  • Fostering and maintaining high-level relationships with product suppliers and internal customers
  • Advocating for and embodying the STARS Values
