Housing Officer - Community Development
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housing Officer to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Housing Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our tenants and maintaining positive relationships within the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Tenancy Management: Manage tenancies, address queries, and ensure compliance with housing policies.
- Community Engagement: Foster community spirit, organize events, and promote resident participation.
- Property Inspections: Conduct property inspections, identify maintenance needs, and coordinate repairs.
- Rent Arrears: Monitor rent payments, assist tenants, and implement arrears management strategies.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with local organizations and agencies to enhance services for residents.
- Anti-Social Behaviour: Work with housing colleagues to investigate complaints relating to estate management complaints and collaborate with housing officers to develop solutions to prevent recurring nuisance incidents.
Requirements
- Previous Social Housing Experience
