ORP Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the senior management team with a range of administrative functions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Directors and senior management with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the office operations, including maintaining the in-house filing system, ordering stationery, and coordinating with the maintenance team and contractors.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all new enquiries, providing a warm and welcoming experience for clients and visitors.
  • Manage customer complaints and queries, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Liaise with the maintenance team and contractors to organize works, ensuring that the office is well-maintained and running smoothly.
  • Raise purchase orders, manage the company fleet, and perform ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Carry out minute-taking duties during meetings, ensuring that all actions and decisions are accurately recorded.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including opening and distributing post, and maintaining the in-house filing system.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
  • IT proficiency, including MS Word and Excel, is required.
