The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Consultant to join our team as a People Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential HR services and guidance to our clients, handling day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert HR support across onboarding, compensation, and employee management.
  • Advise clients on employee relations, including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance improvement.
  • Deliver HR projects that drive people development and improve workplace culture.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and ensure client policies are compliant.

Requirements

  • Proven HR experience, ideally in a consultancy or multi-client setting.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (or above) is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A UK driving licence and the willingness to travel to client sites when needed.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary of £29,000 - £35,000.
