Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join our team at ISS Facility Services UK. As a key member of our HSEQ team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe management of contractors on our sites, developing and implementing HSEQ strategies, and providing guidance and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of our UK HSEQ strategy, policy, and arrangements within our sites and wider account on HSEQ matters.
• Ensure contractors are adhering to processes and procedures and provide coaching and guidance to facilitate compliance.
• Lead and develop the contractor management office function and staff to drive continuous improvement.
• Review and give guidance on contractor RAMs to ensure they are suitable for any proposed works.
• Develop and maintain a monitoring and supervision program for contractors on site.
• Act as a subject matter expert on site HSEQ matters, including contractor management, incident investigation, culture change, and internal auditing.
• Assist the Account Lead HSEQ Adviser to develop and maintain site-wide HSEQ performance.
• Assist the Account regional HSEQ in developing and implementing improvement initiatives at both account and national estate level.
• Support delivery and monitoring of an internal and client audit program via ISO standards 45001, 9001, and 14001.

Requirements:

• Nebosh Construction or above with some clear HSEQ experience.
