Domestic Heating Technician

As a key member of our heating maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive repairs and maintenance service to domestic heating installations and appliances in client properties.

• Service, repair, maintain, and install gas appliances in client-owned properties, adhering to manufacturer's instructions and guidelines.
• Diagnose and repair modern and traditional boilers, as well as central heating systems, including fitting new pumps, motorized valves, radiators, and adapting pipework as necessary.
• Perform power flushing of heating systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure the security and correct operation of plant and equipment supplied, including vehicles, flue gas analysis meters, and mobile data equipment.
• Accurately complete certification and documentation in compliance with Data Protection and Information Security regulations.
• Monitor first-time fix and call-back rates to maintain high standards and service levels.

Requirements:

• High level of literacy and numeracy to enable various calculations associated with the role.
