Job Title: Engineer Surveyor

At Construction Testing Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer Surveyor to join our team. As an Engineer Surveyor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and integrity of our clients' equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and conduct inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with relevant regulations (LOLER, PSSR, COSHH, PUWER)
  • Communicate effectively with clients to discuss inspection findings and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with our team to maintain compliance with ISO 17020 and UKAS accreditation
  • Provide guidance and training to trainee Engineer Surveyors and Engineer Surveyors as needed
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in an associated mechanical engineering discipline
  • HND/HNC/Degree level in a mechanical engineering subject (desirable)
  • Suitable experience working on relevant equipment
  • Competent in at least 1 discipline (e.g. LOLER, PSSR, COSHH)
  • Full driving licence
  • IPAF licence (desired)
  • Proficient with mobile tablet technology
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word / Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely and use own initiative
