Job Opportunity

The Bids and Marketing Coordinator role is a key position within the Enterprise Client Solutions team at Colliers. This individual will support business development bids activity and marketing initiatives for the EMEA Occupier Services team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Bids Manager to provide guidance on best practice for business teams in formal and informal pitching activities, presentations, and commercial solution design.
  • Support the Head of ECS with commercial solution design and preparation of marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, and e-marketing materials.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Colliers' brand, capability, coverage, and ethos to tailor bids material to client needs.
  • Work closely with the Head of Enterprise Client Solutions and the Bids Manager on EMEA Occupier Services projects as they arise.

Requirements

  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent time and project management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Basic InDesign skills are beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Focused on delivering exceptional service to the business.
  • Team player with ability to collaborate well and give and carry out instructions.
  • IT literate with Microsoft Office products.
