Position Overview

The Environmental Compliance Coordinator is tasked with managing and directing the organization's quality, safety, health, and environmental initiatives within the event management sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and execute quality assurance frameworks (ISO 9001) to guarantee the uniformity of event production services and equipment.
  • Perform thorough evaluations and audits of event configurations, apparatus, and operations to pinpoint enhancement opportunities.
  • Design and uphold an environmental compliance system (ISO) to ensure adherence to regulations pertinent to event management and equipment utilization.
  • Create and implement educational programs on quality, safety, health, and environmental matters for event personnel and crew.
  • Effectively communicate policies, procedures, and best practices to staff and event stakeholders.
  • Maintain precise records and documentation for quality, safety, health, and environmental initiatives related to event management.
  • Compile and present performance reports on QSHE metrics to management and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Occupational Health and Safety, Risk Management, Quality Management, or a related field) or equivalent professional experience is required. Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are essential. Proven expertise in quality, safety, health, and environmental management systems, particularly within the events or entertainment sector, is highly desirable.
