Electrical Technician

Position Overview
As an integral part of our Facilities and Maintenance Team, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Maintenance Team in executing reactive, planned, and preventative electrical upkeep for our guests and property owners.
• Performing daily electrical repairs across various holiday accommodations.
• Executing complete electrical installations for our new holiday units.
• Conducting annual and periodic electrical inspections to issue compliance certificates.
• Maintaining clear and precise records of inspections, audits, and renewals.
• Delivering high-quality workmanship while adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience
We welcome applications from qualified electricians with either domestic or commercial experience, or those who have acquired relevant skills in a similar maintenance role. Key requirements include:

• EIC qualified and trained in accordance with the latest regulations.
• Experience in electrical work within holiday accommodations is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A solid understanding of health and safety legislation.
