Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our Survey and Title Enhancement Programme (STEP) at Land Information New Zealand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and deploying modern software solutions using agile methodology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy software solutions using Domain Driven Microservices, Feature Flagging, and Continuous Integration and Delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional squads to own and deliver products, contributing to all aspects of design, creation, testing, and maintenance.
  • Provide application support and contribute to technical discussions with robust coding and digital development skills.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to influence and build consensus behind ideas and commitments.

Requirements

  • Experience in full stack development with modern development methods.
  • Proficiency in ReactJS and Typescript or similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of Kotlin or Java and Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
  • Experience in building web applications and APIs using design standards, patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience with common tool chain elements such as GitHub Actions.
  • Experience using AWS CDK or CloudFormation.
  • Enterprise development experience, including domain modelling and microservices.
  • Experience with Playwright for E2E testing and Storybook testing.
