Position: Painter & Decorator

We are seeking skilled Painters to assist with various bespoke accommodation projects across the UK.

During the summer season, our focus is on upgrading and preparing our facilities to ensure they are ready for our residents.

As a member of the summer workforce, you will collaborate with the on-site team to ensure our vibrant and modern accommodations are in excellent condition to welcome students.

Key Details:

  • Location: Bath
  • Hours: 9am - 5pm
  • Working Pattern: Full-time and Part-time options available
  • Pay Rate: £16.50
  • Duration: Summer months

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the dedicated on-site team to ensure students feel at home.
  • Maintain a safe and visually appealing environment by delivering high-quality decoration services for buildings, grounds, and equipment.
  • Perform decoration tasks to a high standard, including painting, moving, and installing furniture, as well as keeping outdoor areas clean and well-maintained.
  • Work closely with on-site teams and external contractors.
  • Document maintenance requests, health and safety hazards, and stock needs as necessary.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • Commitment to working safely and to the highest standards at all times.
  • Experience in painting, decorating, and light maintenance tasks in residential or commercial settings.
  • Able to work in a compliant and safe manner.
