The Front Office Supervisor will be instrumental in ensuring an exceptional experience for all hotel guests, including those attending weddings and events. This role requires a meticulous attention to detail, a well-organized approach, and a commitment to surpassing guest expectations.

Acting as a representative of the hotel, the Front Office Supervisor will assist guests with any needs they may have during their stay or events, resolve any issues that arise, and provide valuable information regarding on-site and local activities and attractions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests.
  2. Oversee and motivate the reception and concierge team.
  3. Ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
  4. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

The Ideal Candidate:

The successful Front Office Supervisor will possess a positive and engaging demeanor, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. They will have prior experience in a Front Office or Reception Supervisor, Head Receptionist, or Manager role within a 4-star hotel environment.

This position will require flexibility to work shifts across the week, including weekends, with hours ranging from early morning to evening.
