The Role: Lead Data Analyst - Customer Experience

Are you a Senior Data Analyst with experience and an interest in managing a small team of high-performing analysts? We're looking for a Lead Data Analyst to manage the Customer Data team. You'll still be hands-on in the analytics but also have a passion for developing and managing people.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to a team of data analysts, ensuring their growth, development, and success.
  • Analyze complex datasets using advanced statistical and exploratory data analysis techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and implement data models to forecast business outcomes and support strategic planning.
  • Create and maintain clear and impactful data visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various teams to understand their data needs, provide insights, and drive data integration into business processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in data analysis and drive continuous improvement within the team.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and optimize decision-making.
