About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at MSX International Inc. in Denham, Buckinghamshire. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering core technical training programs to Dealer technicians, utilizing your passion, technical skills, and knowledge to create engaging and learner-focused training solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver core technical training programs, including EV, to Dealer technicians
  • Develop and implement training solutions that meet the needs of our customers
  • Align all delivery to the Nissan brand culture and requirements
  • Utilize innovative digital technologies during the delivery of remote learning interventions
  • Support course development work as and when required
  • Adapt European materials for the delivery of technical and new model launch courses
  • Undertake all aspects of administration in relation to training delivery
About You

We are looking for a Technical Trainer with a strong background in the automotive industry, possessing a Senior Technician status (or above) and a proven track record of achieving objectives. You will have a dynamic and engaging communication style, always maintaining engagement from all delegates. You will also be up to date with new and revised learning and development theories, practices, and methodologies, including technological advancements.

Working Pattern and Location
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday
  • Training Facility located in Denham, Buckinghamshire (with some requirement to travel to other training site at Doncaster)
