About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Blue Spark Organisation Ltd, a well-established and reputable food manufacturer, as a Bakery Technologist. The company produces a wide array of delicious products, and this role will see you playing a key part in ensuring the quality and consistency of these products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: You will be responsible for supporting the transition of new concepts from kitchen to production to launch, ensuring that food safety legislations, timescales, and budgets are met.
  2. Production Trials: You will run production trials to monitor product performance in line with customer quality parameters and evaluate trial reports to troubleshoot potential issues.
  3. Technical Leadership: You will liaise with the Technical team to lead the project handover, ensuring that all finished products conform to agreed specifications.
  4. Problem-Solving: You will investigate and problem-solve any production issues, sending micro and nutritional samples for testing and completing travel assessments.
About You

This role is suited to a confident and focused Process Specialist with amazing attention to detail, the drive to deliver projects, and significant hands-on experience. You will be a confident communicator and have production know-how. A creative and innovative approach, along with first-class project management, communication, and influencing skills, are essential for achieving success in this fast-paced role.
