Job Summary

Talent Finder is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shop Manager to join our team. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our retail store, including sales, customer service, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Implement and maintain a customer-centric approach to sales and customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement in-store promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and team performance.
  • Identify and address any operational issues or concerns, and implement solutions to improve store efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of stock and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and strategies to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Shop Manager or in a similar retail management role.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and provide a positive and memorable customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues and implement solutions to improve store efficiency and productivity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
