Bar Team Leader Opportunity

Shepherd Neame, Britain's oldest brewer, is seeking a skilled Bar Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our pub management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
