Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain exceptional standards in food production and customer service.
• Collaborate with senior culinary staff to create high-quality, consistent dishes.
• Contribute to the innovation of seasonal menus.
• Supervise meal service during the absence of senior chefs, ensuring compliance with schedules and quality standards.
• Manage order processing, inventory control, and address delivery discrepancies.
• Safeguard kitchen supplies and minimize waste effectively.
• Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and safety, ensuring all dishes meet these criteria prior to service.
