Position: Security Officer
Hours: Full-time, 42 hours per week
Shift Patterns: 12-hour shifts, including Nights and Weekends
Transport: Access to a vehicle or excellent public transport options
Requirements: Valid SIA license is mandatory
Key ResponsibilitiesYour duties will encompass:
- Preventing and deterring unauthorized access to the premises.
- Monitoring fire alarms, intruder alarms, and CCTV systems as necessary.
- Conducting thorough external and internal security patrols.
- Managing keys and executing locking and unlocking tasks.
- Maintaining all logbooks and documentation accurately.
- Reporting any faults, health and safety hazards, and unsafe practices to management.
- Possession of a valid SIA license.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the security field.
- Eligibility to work in the UK with a five-year checkable history.
- Ability to arrive punctually for shifts (reasonable commute required).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in computer usage.
