Commercial Property Solicitor Opportunity

A reputable legal practice in Basingstoke is seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the market and be able to manage a diverse caseload of Commercial Property matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload of Commercial Property matters, including sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial properties, landlord and tenant issues, property acquisitions, sales for development, land promotion, options, and conditional contracts.
  • Represent lenders and pension schemes in various transactions.
  • Work alongside the Head of Department dealing with all Commercial Property matters and help support the wider team.
  • Manage an existing and mixed caseload.
  • Attend to clients of the firm, including buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, and funders.
  • Draft various legal documentation.
  • Deal with complex property matters.
  • Be actively involved in business development.
  • Supervise and manage staff if required.
Requirements:
  • A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of PQE +.
  • Be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in running and building your own Commercial Property caseload.
