Mortgage Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Placing Faces. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for advising customers on their whole of market mortgage options, ensuring they are fully informed throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise customers on mortgage options using our in-house software.
  • Work closely with our case management team to ensure smooth mortgage applications.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative mortgage advice technology.
  • Ensure high standards of work and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Full CeMAP qualification.
  • At least 1 year's experience in mortgage and protection advice.
  • Experience with commercial/bridging or development finance is preferred.
Benefits:
  • 30k basic + 20% commission.
  • Directly authorised.
  • Full admin support.
