You will work closely with our seasoned technicians and report directly to the aftersales manager, ensuring you receive continuous support to thrive in your role. At Lookers, we emphasize professional growth and provide training opportunities in manufacturer-recognized programs, including training in Hybrid & Electric vehicles.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct vehicle assessments employing advanced diagnostic tools
  • Perform maintenance services in line with manufacturer specifications and customer needs
  • Carry out additional repairs upon customer approval
  • Ensure warranty repairs comply with manufacturer standards
  • Execute road tests to confirm successful fault rectification
  • Meticulously complete all required documentation

Candidate Profile:

The ideal applicant will possess workshop experience, demonstrate self-motivation, and have a commitment to continuous improvement. A full UK driving license and NVQ Level 3 or an equivalent qualification are essential. An MOT License would be a plus. While previous experience with our brand is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite as comprehensive brand training will be provided.
