Role Overview

We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Concierge Teams as a Member Experience Host. As the first face of Fora, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional experiences for our members and their visitors across our London locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with new people from all walks of life and provide a warm welcome to our members and their visitors.
  • Help plan and deliver events that foster a sense of community and connection among our members.
  • Work collaboratively with our teams to ensure the smooth running of our buildings and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Problem-solve and think creatively to find solutions for our members' needs.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Word and Excel.
  • A brilliant self-starter nature to work independently as well as part of a team.
