Job Title: Mammographer - Part-Time

We are seeking a skilled Mammographer to join our team on a part-time basis, working 16 hours per week in our Crawley clinic. As a Mammographer at Bupa, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality breast imaging services to our patients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our state-of-the-art mammography equipment and be part of a multidisciplinary team. You will be working independently, but as part of a wider team, and will be expected to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in your work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize the daily work programme to ensure efficient departmental operations.
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate changing workload patterns.
  • Perform high-quality examinations according to departmental policies and procedures.
  • Ensure patients receive a high standard of care.
  • Analyse acquired data, record results, and produce high-quality images for reporting.
  • Maintain equipment, cleanliness, and report faults immediately.
  • Establish stock control systems and liaise with manufacturers and suppliers.
Requirements
  • BSc or DCR in Radiography and a Post Graduate Certificate in Mammography.
  • A flexible and adaptive working attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
