Financial Director

Our client, a leading supplier of innovative technology products, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing all financial functions, including accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present monthly management accounts and other financial reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory returns, including VAT and EC sales lists.
- Manage financial audits and ensure compliance with UK and overseas legislation.
- Lead the daily accounts routines, including journals, bank transactions, prepayments, accruals, and fixed asset register maintenance.
- Line manage accounts payable staff and oversee credit control.
- Administer payroll and pensions for UK and overseas employees.
- Liaise with external accountants for year-end planning, tax planning, and returns.
- Communicate with bankers in the UK and overseas.
- Provide Sage50 access and training to staff.
