Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at First Recruitment Services. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and expand our services.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Make a mixture of warm and cold calls to new and existing clients to promote our services and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Working Hours and Location:
This is a full-time permanent position based in Portslade, with a salary of £24,000 + performance bonus and salary to be reviewed after 6 months. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, in a fully office-based role.
