About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as washing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment for patients.

  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of the Care Certificate within 12 weeks of appointment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with patients and colleagues.
  • Good observation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
