Job Title: Casual Leisure Centre Staff at Isle of Wight Council

The Isle of Wight Council is seeking new casual staff members to join their team at the leisure centre. If you're someone who can adapt to different working hours, this might be the perfect opportunity for you. Here's what we're looking for:

  • Availability to cover staff absences with flexible working hours
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player

We have openings to cover the following shifts:

Leisure Centre Staffing Opportunities

  • Afternoon shifts (Monday to Friday) = 1.5 hours per day
  • Saturday shifts = 3 hours

Key Responsibilities:

Leisure Centre Staff

  • Providing excellent customer service to members and visitors
  • Assisting with the delivery of leisure centre programs and services
  • Working collaboratively with other staff members to achieve team goals

Requirements:

Leisure Centre Staffing

  • Relevant qualifications such as Gym certification, instructing experience, or customer care skills
  • Previous experience in a leisure environment is a plus
