We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our fabrication workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the fabrication schedule to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality production.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to achieve production targets and maintain a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality control.

Requirements:
