Bid Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid Manager to join our team at Galliford Try. As a key member of our pre-construction team, you will be responsible for leading the creation of innovative and effective responses to tender document submissions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement bid strategies to ensure successful tender submissions
- Manage and coordinate the bid team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of tender responses
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical information and develop bespoke solutions for clients
- Ensure compliance with governance and bid management processes
- Contribute to the development of promotional and marketing materials
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and project management skills. You will have a strong background in construction and experience working in a proposals or work-winning environment. You will be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and ability to think creatively.
