Restaurant Assistant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Hotel Du Vin in Tunbridge Wells. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced restaurant professional to take their career to the next level. As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve restaurant performance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable dining experience
