Key Responsibilities- Lead a small team of social workers who provide support and services to children and families in need
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve outcomes for children and families
- Provide supervision and support to social workers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality practice
- Work closely with other teams and agencies to ensure that children and families receive the support they need
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote the well-being of children and families
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
A relevant social work qualificationRegistration with Social Work EnglandSubstantial experience as a senior social worker or in a management-level social work roleA strong track record of overseeing staff and performanceCompassion and an understanding of the needs of children and familiesExtensive knowledge of relevant legislation, guidance, and practicesExcellent communication skillsWhat We OfferWe offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a supportive working environment.
