About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team in Hunstanton, working in our well-established Abbotts estate agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers to achieve successful sales outcomes
  • Progress sales through to exchange and completion, ensuring a smooth transaction process
  • Optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a track record of success in a target-driven environment
  • Able to generate new business and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Outstanding customer care and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, with excellent IT skills and a Full UK driving license
