Network Operations Center Engineer

We're Quickline Communications, and we're on a mission to provide lightning-fast, reliable broadband to everyone, everywhere. Our team relies on talented individuals like you to help us monitor and manage our Next-Generation Hybrid Network.

This role is based onsite at our Willerby Office, where you'll be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and managing our Quickline Infrastructure, Radio, and 5G Networks
  • Rapidly reacting to issues, outages, and alarms
  • Key management of our Problem and Change Policy
  • Incident management and reporting on potential issues affecting our network
  • Managing security on our network, including access to sites, street cabinets, and secure locations

As a Network Operations Center Engineer, you'll be working in a fast-paced network environment, using your expertise in network switching, FWA 5Ghz, VLANS, subnetting, and routing protocols to ensure our network runs smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a NOC Engineer or similar role
  • Experience in network switching, FWA 5Ghz, VLANS, subnetting, and routing protocols
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced network environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
