The ideal candidate will be a MRICS/FRICS qualified Valuer with VRS, possessing excellent technical skills and a strong understanding of BTL and HMO valuation methodology. They will be tech-savvy, embracing new technology to provide high-quality reports and services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking inspections, checking the quality of reports from panel appointees, and providing expert valuation services to our clients. They will be based in a London postcode and have a stable career background, with a desire to work client-side with a demonstrable track record in investment valuation.
