Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at Pertemps Bond. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure renewal business and identify new sales opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales campaigns and strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes
- Proven sales experience in a similar industry or sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and sales performance
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
