Lounges is a dynamic and successful restaurant group in the UK, and we're looking for a talented General Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant General Manager, you'll be responsible for leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

The Role

  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Manage labour, stock, and food safety requirements to maintain high standards
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in a restaurant or bar environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high standards and exceeding customer expectations
  • Knowledge of labour, stock, and food safety requirements, with the ability to manage these effectively
