Montgomery Transport Group, a leading logistics services provider, is seeking a skilled HGV Class 1 Driver to join their team in Glengormley. As a key member of the transportation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods throughout the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities:

  • Hold a valid DCPC Qualified license and a current Digital Tacho card.
  • Have a clean driving record with no more than 6 points and no Driving and Drinking convictions.
  • possess previous commercial driving experience and a good understanding of geographical routes.
  • Be able to complete Vehicle Check In and Checkout Sheets accurately and efficiently.
  • Have excellent Planning and Time Management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Have held a Class 1 License for at least 1 year.

Shifts and Wages:

  • Day Shift
  • Guideline hours 08:00 to 19:00
  • 11 hour shift including 1 hour break
  • £662 weekly wages
  • Overtime - £15.50 p/h
  • Weekend work available
