About the Role

We are seeking an experienced practice nurse to join our team at Orchard Medical Practice. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge in areas such as diabetes, asthma, COPD, immunisations, and contraception. You will work collaboratively with our GPs and other healthcare professionals to provide quality evidence-based care.

Person Specification

We are looking for a qualified registered nurse with experience in primary care. You will have a strong understanding of chronic disease management, public health initiatives, and quality improvement.
