About the Role

FCC Environment is seeking a highly skilled EC&I Technician to join our team. As an EC&I Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our power plant's electrical and instrumentation systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine, preventative, scheduled, and major repair maintenance on electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, IT, and digital control systems.
  • Conduct troubleshooting, testing, and calibration of EC&I systems and field equipment in accordance with OEM requirements and industry best practices.
  • Work with preventative maintenance, defect repair, and interrogation of DCS/SCADA, PLCs, analogue and digital instrumentation, and transducers.
  • Ensure equipment compliance with environmental management systems and consent requirements.
  • Quality control of all work associated with the Department.
  • Coordinate and manage contract support organisations.
  • Participate in department training, development, and staff appraisals.
