About the Role:

We are a long-established practice with modern and well-equipped facilities, proud to be supported by our Central Support Office at VetPartners. As a Clinical Director, you will play a key role in helping our practice grow and improve, working positively and proactively with our fantastic team to make Eastgate Vets the best it can be.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to drive practice growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with our team to provide a service where care and respect for pets and their owners is key
  • Manage and develop our clinical staff to ensure they have the skills and support needed to excel in their roles
  • Work closely with our Central Support Office to ensure we are investing in the practice and our people

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Reimbursement for out-of-hours work and second on-call weekend duties
  • Full-time – 4 days per week (40 hours)
  • OOH rota– 1 in 10-12 weekends
  • Weekday evenings – inpatient duties only, no client calls
  • Weekends – Saturday 8.30am-5pm, Sunday 9am – 12pm, with a Friday off the week after
  • Generous £1750 CPD allowance (plus 4 days)
  • 6 weeks paid holiday (including Bank Holidays)
