Electrical Tester Job Description

Liberty Gas Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Tester to join our team. As an Electrical Tester, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical inspections and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out EICR checks for social housing clients
  • Repairing and replacing electrical fittings
  • Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults
  • Carrying out duties in line with Liberty Gas Group's Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety, Customer Service and Performance Policies
  • Some travelling will be involved

Requirements:

  • Competent in all aspects of electrical discipline, have testing/ completing certification experience, owning a full set of tools and will ideally have experience of working within a social housing environment
  • Qualifications required the current version of BS7671 (18th edition) NVQ 3 and Testing and Inspection 2391 or Equivalent
  • Driving Licence essential
