Live In Care Assistant

At Home Instead, we're committed to providing high-quality, personalized support to our clients. As a Live In Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Live In Care Assistant. In this role, you'll live in a client's home and provide a range of non-medical services to support their daily needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks
  • Assist clients with mobility and transportation, including driving them to appointments and outings
  • Prepare meals and maintain a clean and safe living environment
  • Engage with clients in activities and hobbies to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless support and care
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £120.00 per month, plus a £10.00 per day food allowance
  • 24/7 support and training to ensure you feel confident and prepared in your role
  • Two weeks on, two weeks off rotation to allow for rest and relaxation

Requirements

We're looking for someone with a kind and compassionate heart, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. A driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
