About Our Nursery

Busy Bees Day Nursery and preschool are proud to offer a rewarding career opportunity for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

About the Role

  • As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
  • You will take ownership of the observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
  • You will ensure we encourage and praise children's development and achievements.

About Our Benefits

  • We offer a competitive salary of £24, per annum, plus a range of benefits including 28 days holiday per year, birthday off, childcare discounts, health and wellbeing apps, and a NEST pension with a 3% employer contribution.
  • We also offer enhanced family leave, additional service holidays, and extra half a day holiday per 6 months for % attendance.
