About the Role:

This is a dynamic and varied role that requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, staff management, and plant area stock maintenance. As the supervisor of the outdoor area, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Oversee the daily running of the outdoor area, including plant stock replenishment, merchandising, and visual displays.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers and provide expert advice on plant care and selection.
  • Work closely with the Plant Area Manager to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:
