About the Role:
Eurest is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Expert to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
- Menu Development: Oversee and implement menu changes to ensure our offerings remain fresh and exciting.
- Quality Control: Identify opportunities to improve our food services and implement changes to maintain the highest standards.
- Customer Feedback: Listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.
- Team Support: Support the creation of new menus and creative food concepts, and represent Eurest in a positive and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked and maintain hygiene standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Culinary Expertise: Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
- Qualifications: Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
- Experience: Have experience supervising a team and working in a similar culinary role.
- Certifications: Hold a Food Hygiene certificate.
- Flexibility: Have a flexible approach to working.
